5. Pretty in pink!
Baby flamingos are gray when they hatch. They become pink when they grow up. Adult flamingos can range in color from light pink to red to orange.

Flamingos live in lakes in tropical areas. You can find flamingos in Brazil, India, the Caribbean, and other warm places. They live on every continent except Australia and Antarctica.
